Speaking, Training & Facilitation
Direct professional engagement for organizations, institutions, and professional communities navigating ethics, human judgment, and responsible AI in real-world practice.
Speaking & Keynotes
Speaking engagements for conferences, academic settings, professional associations, and organizational audiences seeking grounded, substantive conversations about ethics, AI, and human judgment in the helping professions.
Ashleigh speaks from nearly two decades of practice across mental health, healthcare, legal, and hospice settings — not from the sidelines of the profession, but from within it. That grounding shapes how the topics land.
Topics include ethics in AI-integrated practice, boundary protection and professional responsibility, reflective judgment under systems pressure, ethical sufficiency in automated environments, and governance frameworks for human-centered organizations.
Training
Aluma's training is built around a core belief: compliance checklists don't build ethical judgment. Knowing the rules doesn't prepare a professional for the moment when an AI-generated output sounds right but misses something important, or when time pressure quietly overrides instinct.
Training through Aluma is available in two forms — a self-directed platform environment and a facilitated pilot program for organizations ready to go deeper.
ThinkSpace™ — Self-Directed Platform
For individuals and organizations seeking structured, applied ethical learning
ThinkSpace is Aluma's applied learning environment — a structured progression of courses, scenario-based labs, and reflective workbooks designed to build ethical reasoning from the ground up. Individuals can begin with the free Ethical AI Foundations course and move through a full learning pathway. Organizations can purchase team packages that include shared training access, individual lab accounts, and an admin dashboard for tracking participation.
Includes: Ethical AI Foundations (free), Ethical AI Beyond First Use, Applied Ethical Practice Lab™, AI Use Archetype™ discovery, reflective workbooks, AI Responsibility Health Check, and organizational team packages from $249.
Organizational Training
For teams navigating AI adoption in high-stakes settings
ThinkSpace's organizational training gives every team member a shared framework for responsible AI use — and the individual judgment to apply it. Three trainings form a complete organizational program, covering AI Use Archetypes™, how responsibility moves across systems, and applied ethical judgment at the point of decision through the Applied Ethical Practice Lab™.
Every participant completes the curriculum independently, so ethical understanding is grounded in real judgment — not just group discussion. Packages include team licensing for up to 50 seats, individual completion certificates, and completion tracking.
Organizations can begin with the free AI Responsibility Health Check before committing to a full program.
