Where others resist change or struggle to find their footing, the Adaptive Normalizer is already comfortable — and often making the rest of the team more comfortable too. The challenge is that the same ease of adaptation that makes AI feel natural also makes it harder to notice when the familiar has become problematic. What started as a thoughtful adjustment can become a habit that operates below the level of active evaluation.
